88hf does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
88hf reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that are subject to active wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to compliance review and verification requirements.
